  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, including your TCS tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Gilgit-Baltistan & Northern Areas: 2–4 business days

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, adverse weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Rate: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout or on our homepage.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
We’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Himalayan Bites only ships within Pakistan.
International shipping options will be introduced in the future.

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
